Landy Insurance Info / 10 years with Landy.

However, my yearly costs keep going up. What gives? I started at $619 a year and am now up to $740 on the 500k/1m plan.
Landy should really start charging premiums to appraisers whom do hybrids and use outsourced services, and I should perhaps get a discount for not doing so. Much like a safe driving discount.
My vote is for all EO insurance companies to charge additional premiums to appraisers whom engage in hybrid appraisal services, adding some essential questions to renewal forms to keep up with the times. Those appraisers are essentially dropping down 10x the working and liability volume for the same income that I am, and for the same insurance price. Something has to give because that's simply not fair and appraisers whom do not engage in those higher risk practices should not just automatically cover for the other appraisers that choose to engage.
Cheers.
